I work with a wide range of individuals (University Students, Adults, and Families) from across the lifespan - varying in age, gender, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and economic backgrounds. I provide services to those individuals who present with psychosocial, mental health, psychological, and/or life related issues, and though I’m trained in a solid theoretical base, I have a propensity for practicing from a Holistic orientation merging many theoretical approaches with a supple blending of mind, body, and spirit.
